Public funding-rate history for a perpetual (0.13.0).
GET/v1/instruments/:instrument_id/funding
One record per funding boundary, newest first, cursor-paginated like the trade tape: the engine-computed rate (fixed-point 1e-8 per interval), its premium and interest components, and whether the boundary was a degenerate skip. Empty for instruments without funding. Cached 10 s; 120 requests / minute per client IP.

Paginated funding-rate history.
Request was malformed or failed validation. The error.code field carries the
machine-readable reason; common values include invalid_request, invalid_json,
invalid_order_id, invalid_instrument_id, invalid_credential_id,
invalid_resolution, and operation-specific codes documented per endpoint.
Too many attempts inside the fixed rate-limit window (10 attempts / 5 minutes per key). Retry in a few minutes.
A required downstream (matching engine, ClickHouse, custody, instrument service) is unreachable. The request was not processed; retry with backoff.
