Readiness probe.
Returns 200 OK only after the API listener is bound and accepting connections. Served on the health port.
Prometheus exposition.
Scrape target for Prometheus. Served on the health port. Mostly Go-runtime metrics in V0; service-specific counters will be added in V1.
