GET 
/v1/status

Probes each venue service and reports ok | down per service with the probe latency. status is ok when everything answers, degraded when a non-core service (e.g. the audit store) is down, down when a core service (edge, trading engine, instrument registry) is. HTTP 200 for every verdict — match on data.status. Cached 5 s; rate-limited.
