POST/v1/orders/stage
Same body as POST /v1/orders. Returns, from one engine snapshot, the book, the execution
walk (crossing vs resting, VWAP, slippage vs mid), fee estimates and breakeven, the netted
initial-margin hold before/after per spec §5.4 (margined listings), a best-effort
would_reject mirror of admission, warnings, and a single-use 60-s confirm_token
bound to the order. The engine stays authoritative.

machine-readable reason; common values include invalid_request, invalid_json,
invalid_order_id, invalid_instrument_id, invalid_credential_id,
invalid_resolution, and operation-specific codes documented per endpoint.

A required downstream (matching engine, ClickHouse, custody, instrument service) is unreachable. The request was not processed; retry with backoff.
